RED CALLING - Alternative Hard Rock / Metal - United States

Red Calling is an Alternative Hard Rock / Metal band from Tampa, Florida, United States. With a warm sound but with intense rhythms and heavy riffs, this project is an original musical collaboration made up of Jessica Pons on vocals, guitar and keys, Javier Pons on guitar and samples, bassist Luis Pons and Deven Starr on drums.

Some of the band's influences include Korn, Deftones, 10 Years, Lacuna Coil, The Gathering, Thrice, Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge, Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Muse, Steven Wilson, and Led Zeppelin.

The first radio single "Let Me Fade" was released in February 2013


Continuing with the first E.P. by the band titled "Break the Silence" in 2014


The band's first full-length album was released in March 2016 and titled "Red Calling". "Never Go Back" was the first single / video promoted by the band.

This new single, along with other songs that were part of the new EP, was recorded at Timeline Studios in Nashville, Tennessee USA. The song was recorded, mixed and mastered by Scott “Scooby” ​​Bush, current guitarist for the rock band Cinder and former member of the band The Nixons, whose drummer was Ray Luzier, current drummer for the band Korn. The new EP will be released when the recordings interrupted by the virus problem are completed.


The band is currently working on their next EP.


Previous experience at summer festivals: Rockapalooza in Jackson, Michigan and Megaton in Toledo, Ohio. Solid as a show opener for national acts: 10 Years, Lit, Otep, Adema, Candlebox, Saliva, Adam Gontier of Three Days Grace, Hed PE, Mushroomhead, Smile Empty Soul, Taproot, among others. With both electrifying and passionate music, singer Jessica can surprise with sincere lyrics and varied intensity. Founded on dynamic and heavy guitars, and amazing synthesizers, these melodies are brutal, but at the same time sweet and gentle.
