Co-release Satanath Records with Pest Records: new album "Endura Pleniluniis" of Greenlandic atmospheric black/doom metal band Stromptha is out on March 24th, 2020!

Created in 2009 where the world ends, in Greenland, STROMPTHA emerged in a hostile, cold and isolated environment from the mind of J, the soul behind this project, who wanted to explore the darkest, coldest and most desperate parts of his mind. As a result appeared a very unique and personal Atmospheric Black Metal where Doom, Cold Wave, Industrial and Dark Folk elements shape Stromptha identity. A first E.P. released in 2015, “Necronirisme”, was the first experience of the project. J moved to France in 2016, and Stromptha released “Odium Vut” on Ossuaire Records where the audience could discover a rawer aspect of the project, the album received a very good feedback from listeners, fanzines and webzines. Stromptha also appeared on a split with the Colombian project Oldmoon. In 2019, Stromptha returned where he will forever rest: Greenland.

Two years after "Odium Vult", the infamous act from Greenland is back with a new musical journey "Endura Pleniluniis". STROMPTHA presents a new aspect of his art, Dark Folk and Cold Wave elements, various type of vocals, walls of keyboards, from acoustic to heavy and powerful parts, are some of the various ingredients of this new Stromptha alchemy, this last album is once again a very unique and personal approach of an intense and desperate type of music. "Endura Pleniluniis" is made of two parts - "CAPITULUM I: CONSOLAMENT" (tracks 1-3) in an original Atmospheric Black Metal where shadows of Doom and Ambient haunt and freeze the intense & original music of the one man band, and "CAPITULUM II: TRESPASSAMENT" (tracks 4-6) in a more Avant-Garde style where Cold Wave and Post-Punk shadows haunt the experience. "Endura Pleniluniis" is also the swan song of a lonely soul until the end of his world and the end of the world. Strongly recommended for some cold metal experience. Somewhere and nowhere between The Cure, Midnight Odyssey, Type O Negative and Blut Aus Nord. Originally was self-released under title "Endura" as demo in 2019.
