Shotgun Rodeo Review by David Kiss.

Formed in 2008 by guitarist Don Shrediablo, Shotgun Rodeo is a heavy metal band from the city of Trondheim, Norway.
Shotgun Rodeo, moves in metal subgenres, with a strong influence on Avengled Sevenfold, Lamb Of God, although this latest album "Double Barreled Vengeance" inspires me in the 80s, yes, many current bands are American hard rock that was implanted in Those years, and it smells like Motley Crue to me because of a certain resemblance of its singer to Vince Neil, not in all the songs is this sensation, but in some, there is also the memory of Kiss, with that more corrosive metal.
A good band with some baggage and history, 12 years of metal with their previous EP releases 'Dead End Massacre' (2012) and 'Guilty as Charged' (2013), they really took some notoriety with the release of their debut album, 'World Wide Genocide' in 2015, followed by an EP 'The New Standard' in 2016. His second album 'By Hook or by Crook', followed in 2018 and was highly praised by the international press.
Shotgun Rodeo is a band that will appeal to many different listeners from the metal world. Labeled as a nostalgic band with a vision of the future, I would bet on them, discover their trajectory, surely they will not disappoint you !!
At Bathoryzine we are well ahead of the release of this "Double Barreled Vengeance", which is scheduled to launch on September 25, but being an independent medium has its advantages.
