Blacklist - Blood On The Sand (Thrash Metal)


For fans of Bolt Thrower, Xentrix, Kreator, Sodom

Blackpool Thrashers Blacklist burst into 2021 with the first of their new singles for their yet to be named upcoming album due for release in July 2021.

Building on their initial Debut EP Bomb Away, released in 2019, the band has reformed and refocused their energies during lockdown and are coming back with a full length monster that channels their influences, from Bolt Thrower and Xentrix through to Kreator and Sodom, whilst adding their own flavor, style, aggression and venom.

Now signed to the Unearthed Management family, and releasing on all services on the 5th March 2021 'Blood On The Sand' is a statement of intent on what the band are all about.

About Blacklist:
A four piece Thrash metal Band From Blackpool, England. Formed in 2018 and released their debut EP 'Bombs Away' In September 2019, quickly followed by a cover of the ''Ghostbusters' theme tune in time for Halloween Shows.
After a Line up change in 2020, Blacklist are now stronger than ever with a new album set for release in July 2021

Blood On The Sand
Written about war across the generations, drawing from history with the beaches of Normandy and the desert of the Gulf War. Whilst the verses touch on the fear, apprehension and of loss as troops move into battle, the chorus issues a battle cry for attack and the final push to achieve victory before coming to a stop, as abruptly as the war ending, or death takes you!
