 The Industrial Metal Rammer Industrial Mind Driller is back to present a new, and very special, release for this holiday season: Involution B-sides (InBolution), which will be released on December 18 internationally through Art Gates Records. . The impressive cover has been created by Arca Design.
The band released their latest, and very successful, album "Involution" in 2019 and performed it throughout Europe at concerts and festivals. Given the circumstances with the COVID-19 crisis, this six-member formation has decided to release this special EP including new songs, remixes and exclusive material impossible to find anywhere else.

In July 2020 the band signed with Inverse Records to publish their debut album Sielulintu. The feel of the songs flow through traditional instrumental rock and all the way to the atmospheres of black metal. Einvigi’s music has been categorized also as blackgaze. A genre pioneered by the French band Alcest.   The album was recorded and produced by Einvigi during late 2019 and early 2020. Mixing was done during summer 2020 by Severi Peura, known from bands such as Sisare and Severi Peura & Selvännäkijät. Finally the album mastering was performed by Jaime Gomez Arellano, known amongst other things by his collaboration with bands such as Ghost and Paradise Lost. Sielulintu is a tight six song entity, with which the Einvigi aims to make a completely new opening in the Finnish metal scene.   Einvigi is a Finnish band founded in 2014. The band was founded by singer and guitarist Petteri Granberg. Escape Everyday Life With The Star Wars Infused “Lux Et Veritas” From Vis Mystica

Vis Mystica comes from a galaxy far, far away, or at least Pennsylvania, USA. They play Star Wars themed metal designed as escapism from everyday life and transportation into a fantastical world of magical powers and epic stories.

They have a new album coming out in 2021 called “Celestial Wisdom” and listeners can dive into it with the single “Lux Et Veritas” featuring guest vocals from Operus' David Michael Moote. The single comes across as a kind of happy song but the lyrics tell a completely different story. This song is based on the prisoner Daegen Lok, who was exiled for prophesying the coming war between the Rakatans and the people of Tython. The band explains the forthcoming single:

“We were much more confident with this release, due to the refinement of our sound and the astounding vocal talents of David Moote in the pre-chorus and chorus. Definitely, a song that will be very popular live.”

All the lyrics for Vis Mystica thus far have been the band’s retelling of the Dawn of the Jedi comics from Dark Horse Comics. Guitarist Connor McCray is a massive fan of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and its various lore and plans on writing many, many more songs related to this topic. 

Recommended for fans of Rhapsody, Blind Guardian, and Twilight Force, Vis Mystica is adding an epic and bombastic layer to the vivid, expansive world many are familiar with.

SIGNIFICANT POINT premiere new track at "Deaf Forever" magazine's website, set release date for DYING VICTIMS debut

On February 26th, 2021 internationally, Dying Victims Productions will release Significant Point’s highly anticipated debut album, Into the Storm, on CD and vinyl LP formats. And today, Deaf Forever magazine's website premieres the new track "Heavy Attack." Significant Point's "Heavy Attack" in its entirety exclusively HERE.

Hailing from Japan, Significant Point was formed by guitarists Kazuki Kuwagaki and Gou Takeuchi in March 2011. Holding high the banner of old-school speed/heavy metal, they started playing live shows in Tokyo. Through a lot of member changes, Significant Point released their first demo, Attacker!, in 2014 and the Live at Tokyo CD in 2017. In 2018, the two-song EP Attacker was released on 7” vinyl by France’s Inferno Records, and it received a good reaction in the underground scene.

Itormentor (drums) and Kazuhiro Watanabe (bass) joined in 2016 and 2018, respectively, and the current lineup of Significant Point was at last finalized. In 2019, they started recording their first album. With great help from George Itoh (Risingfall / Military Shadow), it was completed in September 2020 after a year and a half of effort.

Fittingly bearing the title Into the Storm, Significant Point’s debut album is indeed a monsoon of heavy metal mayhem, spanning traditional and epic styles to speed metal and even early power metal. The band live and breathe heavy metal in all its classicist forms, and the quintet know the intrinsic power of hooks and especially variety, both of which are found bountifully across Into the Storm. With enviable ease, Significant Point marry masterful execution to high drama whilst never losing the importance of actual songs – in other words, no style over substance here. Truly, you will NOT be able to get any of these 10 anthems outta your head, and large credit is due to the poetic dual-guitar interplay of Kuwagaki and Takeuchi; dazzling to say the very least, their leads and solos are almost another singing voice. Which is to take nothing away from the rest of the band, who bring together melodic bass-work, tastefully propulsive drumming, and the high-pitched metal-warrior vocals of George Itoh to create a veritable orchestra of sound.

While the bulk of the lyrics are in English, the unique tonal qualities of Japanese lend Into the Storm comparisons to Loudness’ early, proto-epic metal albums like Devil Soldier and The Law of Devil’s Land. But casting one’s metallic gaze further across continents (and decades), Significant Point significantly point to myriad elements of such legends as Grim Reaper, Metal Church, Sinner, Cloven Hoof, and Omen on to the culter likes of Shok Paris, Liege Lord, Sortilege, Agent Steel, and Savage Grace, all with a firm grounding in the classics of Scorpions, Rainbow, Judas Priest, UFO, and Iron Maiden. Any way you slice it, the katana of Significant Point is deadly, so prepare to go Into the Storm!

The rock opera Goditha is a musical that combines the power of metal music with the tender sounds of flutes, clarinets, violins and other orchestral instruments. Songwriter-composer Elina Englezou and top composer-arranger-producer Bob Katsionis joined their imagination and created an extremely melodic work of music yet at the same time full of tension and energy, covered in an atmosphere that lures the listener into a whirlpool of contradictory emotions through songs that will remain unforgettable.

 

The musical is a medieval fairy-tale set in a little village where the story takes place.

Goditha, a young girl, betrayed and blinded by hatred surrenders herself to Daeva, the Princess of Darkness in order to get revenge. Τhus, she knits a web on which the other 15 characters of the play constantly balance between good and evil.
