SUFFOCATE FOR FUCK SAKE premiere second single from upcoming album!


April 16th 2021 will see Swedish Post Metal act Suffocate For Fuck Sake release their highly anticipated full-length album, titled "Fyra", via Moment Of Collapse Records. Following their critically acclaimed 2017 record, "In My Blood", the septet is a true master of their craft and creates and incredible depressing and daunting atmosphere, that feels absolutely emotional and authentic. Today Suffocate For Fuck Sake unleashed "15 Missed Calls", the second single taken from the band's upcoming album, streaming here:

 

 
Next to their dark, nihilistic sound a trademark of the band was always the added swedish samples (taken from interviews and podcasts). On "Fyra" the samples deal with addiction shown in four different shapes that also mark the different chapters of the album.

 

"The second single from our upcoming album "Fyra" introduces the character Mikael, who suffers from a long drug addiction and lost the stable enviroment around him and also distances more and more from his family. This song features Arvid Ringborg from Vi Som Älskade Varandra Så Mycket as guest-vocalist." the band comments

CADAVERIA are proud to unleash ‘Divination’ official music video today!

 

Produced by Morbid Vision Italy, this opus, freely inspired by the Candomblé ritual of reading the Buzios, was shot in a loft in Turin and along the Dora Baltea river banks in North Italy.

DANGEROUS TIMES FOR THE DEAD is a Dutch Heavy Metal band that sounds they have been transported straight out of the 80's; a hard & heavy, classic but fresh sound, makes them a part of the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal. Full of energy, entertaining and powerful, epic guitar solos, thumping bass and drums and a singer who cuts through all this violence with true heavy metal, high-pitched vocals.

Their latest track "Queen of the Night" (released 14th of February 2021) is about the misfits and misunderstood; those who dare to be different (or just are different). Those who don't fit in, or don't want to. On the cover of the single you see Malin Kvitblik from Norway. Malin has autism and was bullied for being different. But "see what she's done, look at her now"; 45.000(!) followers on Instagram as a tattoo model.

Based in France, ' The Beautiful Losers' delved into the Rock n Roll scene quite a while ago, branded with red hot steel and electrified by guitar riffs. It was only long after their teenage years that their leader decided to make his own album, with a few associates and whatever means available.

Seriously though, ' The Beautiful Losers' aren’t here to tell you the story of their lives, they are here to pay tribute to the virtues of Rock n Roll and for all the ' Rock n Roll Warriors' out on the roads, with equipment crammed into their vehicles, ready to go out and play in all the most far back bars, where the last free places of social melting pots still exist! Where sharing and contacts between people of different social backgrounds are still possible, far from all the cold soulless misery of social interactions in which our world has fallen into.

Rock n Roll has this power of transmitting energy, to make us all stronger, irreverent, untamable, powerful, foul mouthed, foolish, and in one word “FREE” !!

IFRINN set release date for new THE SINISTER FLAME mini-album


On April 30th internationally, The Sinister Flame is proud to present a brand-new mini-album from Ifrinn, Caledonian Black Magick, on CD and 12" vinyl formats.

In 2016, the mysterious Scottish entity Ifrinn made their mark with a self-titled mini-album: a cold, swirling chasm of aural hostility and cavernous mesmerism, reflecting the ancient, bleak, and desolate landscape that the band calls home yet intertwined with the malign currents that reside beyond the veil of night.

Judiciously prizing quality over quantity, Ifrinn return with yet another release, this time titled Caledonian Black Magick. Indeed an ever-apt description of the hypnotic rhythms created by Ifrinn - and one this constellation has established since the beginning - Caledonian Black Magick is both an intensification and consolidation of its no-less-considerable predecessor. Here, the attack is sharpened to an enviable degree, finesse meeting fury headlong, as each catacomb-esque creation expands onward and outward. The vortex of sound Ifrinn create across this EP is akin to levitational hypnosis: undeniably physical in its approach, sometimes overwhelmingly so, but a paralysis of subconscious and spirit that's paradoxically liberating and intoxicating. Despite its Highland origins, Ifrinn are without geography nor era; authentic black metal orthodoxy knows no boundaries, and its windswept splendor is timeless.

Even if it's yet another five years between recordings, we are blessed and cursed to hearken the malign majesty Ifrinn invoke with Caledonian Black Magick.

Requiem For Oblivion - Hindsight 2020 - (Progressive, Extreme Metal)

Requiem For Oblivion is the brain child of Steve Jacobson (a veteran of the metal scenes in both Sacramento, CA and Erie, PA). Steve has assembled various musicians throughout the years to help him push his dream onward. 

The band has been considered 'hybrid' death metal because of all the various influences and manifestations of the music. Each song takes listeners down many roads and one could say there are songs within songs. Steve usually reaches for different themes lyrically, which are not typical of the genre.

Requiem For Oblivion has played a show hosted by Metal Sanaz and has shared the stage with national and regional acts such as Katatonia, Intronaut, Tesseract, Vital Remains, Cult Of Luna, Kataklysm, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Rose Funeral, Mushroomhead, Kriadiaz, Ventana, Here Lies Another, Demons Within, and Scarwork.

RFO has played many festivals and numerous clubs around the tri-state area (PA, OH, NY) as well as their home base of Erie, PA over the last 9 years. With no concerts in the foreseeable future, the band currently consists of founder Steve and drummer Mike Scutella. Together they have solidified their tech-death, slam, atmospheric style and bring in a new era of songwriting consistency.
 
Together, during the pandemic, they have written 15 new songs, in addition to the 5 being released next month (EP Hindsight 2020 due out March, 2021). In addition, the new full length is nearly completely written...(Amidst Chotic Earth, due out fall/winter 2021). 
 
The complete discography includes a couple rare singles, demo in 2010 (not currently available), EP2011, EP2013, Dark Tales Of Forgotten Mindscapes in 2014, Burning Nation in 2017, Hindsight 2020 (in Mar.), and the upcoming Amidst Chaotic Earth in 2021.
