The DamNNation announces the release of the EP 'Parasite' by Xaninho Discos

The new Brazilian metal band, The DamNNation, announces the release of the first work, the EP entitled 'Parasite', which will be released on November 10 by the label Xaninho Discos. "Parasite" brings a new and extremely heavy sound, a different style within the extreme metal being difficult to classify in just one specific genre. The band also recently announced that they will perform at the 1st Edition of the Access Music Fest that takes place on November 15th at 7pm on the official channel of the Access Music website on Youtube, with bands Venom Inc, Picture, Gangrena Gasosa and Menace. More information: www.acessomusic.com.br The Damnnation is a feminine power trio that presents a versatile sound that mixes several strands of extreme metal. Three insane girls making metal without labels, aware and consistent with themes about depression, injustice and politics. With influences from Testament, Megadeth, Nervosa and Kreator. The band started after guitarist Renata Petrelli (Marie Dolls, ex-Sinaya) and drummer Cynthia Tsai (Little Room, ex-Sinaya) decided to found a new band in early 2019, where they invited Camis Brandão, (Charlotte killed a guy ), to join forces and make a type of metal flexible and more organic, without clinging to stereotypes, putting all the good influences of the group and making new songs, with a unique sound and a lot of personality. With a focus on other projects, Cynthia and Camis leave the band, which now has Aline Dutchi (bassist) and Leonora Mölka (drummer).

OVERVIEW

When reforming in 2014, PUTRID OFFAL immediately started writing and recording new originals like "Livor Mortis" that appeared on their 2014 comeback single "Suffering". None got featured on 2015 debut "Mature Necropsy" though as they wanted this first full-length to be a complete rewriting and re-recording of all of their '90s material before releasing new material.

Those songs neverthless became part of the band's setlist even since their comeback gigs at OBSCENE EXTREME, FALL OF SUMMER, DEATH FEAST, etc. like the live version of "Requiem for a Corpse" featured on 2017 EP "Anatomy" recorded at their 2015 reunion gig shows it. Their set at HELLFEST 2017 was no exception featuring two songs that would later on be recorded for "Sicknesses Obsessions": "Let There Be Rot" and "Necrotic Mutilation".

One month after the successfull release of their sophomore effort and one month before releasing on both audio and video the album's bonus "Live at Hellfest", PUTRID OFFAL now unleash one of these two songs, "Necrotic Mutilation" as a teaser single.
