Emerging from Massachusetts in 2000, Goratory quickly established themselves with an aggressive, hard partying style, debaucherous live show and technical musicianship. Releasing 3 full length albums (2001’s Sexual Intercorpse, 2002’s Orgasm Induced Diarrhea, and 2004’s Rice on Suede), touring internationally and performing at high profile death metal festivals around the world, the band has forever left its mark on the Brutal Death Metal scene. Semi-notorious as the band where most major death metal musicians from New England got their start, Goratory was a launching pad for members who later played with notable acts such as Arsis, Deeds of Flesh, Job for A Cowboy, The Black Dahlia Murder, Despised Icon, Sexcrement, and Abnormality.
After a spell of inactive years, finally, the great shit show of 2020 was fully realized as the ultimate lineup of Adam Mason (Vocals), Al Glassman (Guitars), Zach Pappas (Bass) and Darren Cesca (Drums) has returned! Sour Grapes, the band's first studio album in 16 years is the fourth dose of bulbous fungus that these evolved, belligerent assholes have consumed and shat upon the world. It's disgusting. You're gonna love it.

I, Pariah - Criminal - (Deathcore)

For fans of: Fit For An Autopsy, Whitechapel, and Suicide Silence I, Pariah is coming off of a successful 2019/2020 from supporting bands such as Cattle Decapitation, Fit For An Autopsy, Slaughter To Prevail, and Suicide Silence with releasing the first single “Criminal” from the debut full-length album “Dystopian Visions.” We are proud to be debuting the music video for “Criminal” via Slam Worldwide! Bio:  I, Pariah formed in early 2016 and released two crushing singles (Endure, Lay Waste) through producer Cory Spotts (Job For a Cowboy, Knights of the Abyss, and Greenly Estates). After solidifying a lineup in late 2016, I, Pariah began performing and working on their debut EP War Engine.   In June of 2017 the band released their debut music video "Kingdom of Lies" (directed by Lance Gergar) to much acclaim. A release date was announced for July 22nd. of 2017 for their debut Ep War Engine, produced by Jeremy Davis (Guitarist @ Animus Complex, produced Dead World Reclamation, Singularity, and The Ephemeral). Once War Engine was released I, Pariah began branching out of Phoenix, Arizona, and supported the release with an early west coast March tour.   In 2019 I, Pariah released their second EP with producer Hiram Hernandez (West//Ghost, Glass Cloud, and All Time Low) entitled HATE | PRAYER. Subsequently I, Pariah toured and supported their sophomore release across the United Stated on the "Death From the West" tour. I, Pariah has since then supported bands such as Cattle Decapitation, Fit For an Autopsy, Slaughter to Prevail, Suicide Silence, Upon A Burning Body, Winds of Plague, Prison, Entheos, Rivers of Nihil, and Traitors. Turkey's ENGULFED set release date for new ME SACO UN OJO / DARK DESCENT debut mini-album, reveal first track - features members of HYPERDONTIA

oday, Me Saco Un Ojo Records in conspiracy with Dark Descent Records set December 7th as the international release date for a new mini-album from Turkey's Engulfed, Vengeance of the Fallen, on 12" vinyl and CD formats, respectively. The cassette tape version shall be released by Extremely Rotten Productions.

Formed in 2010, Turkey's Engulfed comprise a wealth of experience in the metal underground, with the band's three members playing in or having played in such bands as Decaying Purity, Burial Invocation, and Hyperdontia among others. However, as Engulfed, the power-trio dive deeply into classic forms of '90s-entrenched DEATH METAL whilst retaining a freshness of approach.

The band made their recorded debut in 2012 with the EP Through the Eternal Damnation, which Me Saco Un Ojo Ojo released on vinyl the next year. Five years would pass before Engulfed would deliver another record, but this time, it came in full-length form: Engulfed in Obscurity, their debut album. Quite the opposite of its title, Engulfed in Obscurity firmly put Engulfed's name on the international death metal map.

Never ones to rush things nor work in half-measures, Engulfed now return after a three-year hiatus with a brand-new mini-album bearing the title Vengeance of the Fallen. Truly, upon first listen, the astute will find that the band have outdone themselves here, with every element - songwriting, execution, production, aura, even the cover art - surpassing the highwater mark of their not-inconsiderable debut album. Indeed, Vengeance of the Fallen is aptly titled, for Engulfed rise from the shadows of their hiatus with a fury and focus that are frankly startling to behold. Sepulchral depths are explored, haunting tremolos squiggle, rhythms cyclone in a manner most labyrinthine, and just the right amount of gleam is applied to their grime, resulting in a surprisingly epic four-song/25-minute landscape of darkness and dread. As ever, Engulfed astutely walk the fine line between death metal's old school and its new(er) school of Old School, instead heeding their own internal hells and in turn exhibiting a masterclass of mesmerizing, majestic DEATH.
