Nuevo logo de Guadaña (Spanish)

NUEVA ETAPA, NUEVA IMAGEN

AXXELERATOR - Heads Or Tails

Originally founded as Rust, the four member band has changed their name into Axxelerator in 2010. The Swiss combo is clearly dedicated to old-school Bay Area Thrash Metal, but also dares to experiment with other genres of the heavier type, which usually leads to comparisons with Metallica, Exodus or the NWOBHM. Catchy, varied riffs instead of dull bludgeoning - that's the motto of the Lucerne-based band.
After the release of their EP "Soulcatcher" in 2015, the band delivered several successful gigs in Switzerland, before it took a longer time-out due to two line-up changes. In 2021, Axxelerator finally returns with a new line-up, label support and a new record: The debut album "Heads or Tails" is released through Allegro Talent Media and shows the band stronger and more eager to play than ever!
Axxelerator are:

 Valentin Rast (guitars, vocals)
Shane Hill (guitars, vocals)
Dave Duss (drums)
Christoph Widmer (bass)

ORGREL set release date for IRON BONEHEAD debut, reveal first track

Today, Iron Bonehead Productions announces October 15th as the international release date for Orgrel's striking debut album, Red Dragon's Invocation, on CD and vinyl LP formats.

A band literally out of time, Orgrel hail from Italy and, more importantly, hail the ancient days of black metal - the days too often forgotten, in the late '90s, when labels like Solistitium, Sombre, and Drakkar began releasing obsidian gems during the genre's post-sensationalism fallout. Rich with righteous fury and triumph alike, the power-trio deliver their first public recording, the full-length Red Dragon's Invocation. Immediately, mystical splendor and dizzying delirium are felt as Orgrel kick in with an impassioned surge, each and every riff, rhythm, and holler stirring bloodlust and wonder/wander simultaneously. The soundfield is studiously raw yet robust, flat but somehow full, allowing aggression and atmosphere equal reign, and engrossing the listener to the very last: indeed, Red Dragon's Invocation is summarily titled. Its mysteries are starkly simple but exceedingly sublime, being purely and totally BLACK METAL in word and deed; black metal doesn't need to "become" anything when it already IS. Orgrel know this intrinsic truth and pursue it to the hilt across their debut album.

Graced with absolutely stunning cover artwork by Luciana Nedelea, Orgrel raise their sword of truth and prepare to strike unbelievers with Red Dragon's Invocation.

Fall beneath their sword with the brand-new track "Burning Ruins" HERE at Iron Bonehead's Soundcloud. Aforementioned cover art and tracklisting are as follows:

Sydney-siders Visualis are proudly releasing their new EP Sunrise in Black today. Accompanying today's release the band releases an official music video for the song We are the Disease, to celebrate this milestone for the band.

Vocalist & bassist Zoran explains the video and song: "'We Are The Disease' is one of the first songs we wrote together in 2018. It is in our regular gig setlist and we love playing it. Lyrically, the song analyses our self destructive nature as the human race, our impact on the planet and explores the bleak way it will all finish if we continue acting this way. The video for it was recorded at the relevant location being the Hill 60 War Tunnels in Port Kembla. It was directed and edited by Jordan Pinkis together with Director of Photography Ethan Jordan and 1st Assistant Director Dawn Fitzgerald and co-edited by Roman Ibarra.

The EP Sunrise in Black was mixed and mastered by Luis Echegollen (Metanoia Records, Mexico City). The resulting outcome is a very professional sounding EP that the band is incredibly proud of. The sound Visualis achieved in this EP is a good example of all the influences the band members have, and their own idea of not being tied to a specific Metal sub genre.

Line-up:
John Browne - Guitar/Vocals
Roman Ibarra - Guitar/Keys/Vocals
Zoran Šukara - Bass Guitar/Vocals
Finley Ford - Drums

Bio:
