BLOODPHEMY – BLOOD SACRIFICE ( Review By Varg The Mighty)

Today’s review is of Dutch Death Metal band Bloodphemy’s upcoming new album, out on September 3rd.

These Extreme Metal veterans deliver once again a great dose of gory and wretched Death Metal with a steady tempo that never goes too fast or too slow, allowing for unwavering aggressive dissonances mixed with occasional epic bits that never interfere with the brutality.

The band skilfully combines American Brutal Death Metal in the likes of Nile with the powerful sound of Swedish Death Metal, adding too some touches of their not less praise-worthy national scene. Fans of any true kind of Death Metal, old or new, that relies on extremity should check this out. My personal highlights are “Flock Of Lambs” and “In Righteous Solitude”.

I recommend this album to fans of Death Metal and Brutal Death Metal. My rating is of 8,5/10.
