Today’s review is of American Punk band Prayer Line’s new album.
These 8 tracks of intense bollocks remind of Horror Punk from a Ramones-inspired approach, but on some instances the music becomes more intense until it becomes Crossover (as on “Bad Bad Boy”). Despite that, the album is coherent and each song has its own personality, giving the whole an absolutely dinamic feeling.
If you want some fun Punk singing about nonsense with a powerful instrumentation, then look no further. These short tracks of horror may quench your thirst for manic music. This release is definitely groovy and heavy, and may be enjoyed by fans of Punk and Metal alike. My personal highlights are “Reanimator” and “Lick Me”.
I recommend this album to fans of Punk, Horror Punk and Crossover. My rating is of 8,5/10.
