Vika says: "Vampires" is a very strong track but very passionate. During the pandemic, Dennis and I wrote many obscure and philosophically meaningful songs. We try to write openly about the ups and downs of our lives. We all live in a world of illusions and lies, we betray and kill each other just to have a rich life. 'Vampires' is not a single about medieval horror blood stories, but about everyday life with all the shit we face on TV, the internet and magazines. Powerful riffs, heavy guitars and loud drums ”.

From the balanced production and creative instrumentation, to the impressive vocal performance, INSAMMER fans, as well as those who appreciate new music, will definitely want to hear this single. Be sure to follow INSAMMER on social media to keep up to date with upcoming releases and presentations!

INSAMMER is one of Sweden's most promising metal bands, combining dark and vibrant Nordic rhythms with Eastern European lyricism and melodic romanticism. His live shows throb with emotional energy; Vika's voice ranges from a whisper to a full-throated growl, merging with the instruments as the verses explode into thunderous hypnotic choruses and hard-hitting riffs that wow the crowd. The group calls their sound metal transfusion, a heavy mix of alternative rock and nu metal, evoking the changing musical styles and feelings that pour over them and infuse their performances.

The band was created in Stockholm by vocalist Vika and guitarist Dennis Wise, whose collaboration began at a music institute in Uppsala, Sweden. The name InSammer was inspired by The Door Into Summer, a science fiction novel by Robert Heinlein. The current line-up also features virtuoso guitarist Oleg Izotov, bassist Nikita Simonov, and world-class drummer Alex Karpukhin.

InSammer released two full-length albums, Numbers as Victims (2014) and Seeds (2018). In 2021, the band is working in the studio on a new untitled album. Before the release of a new album, the band made a wonderful cover for classic rock Secret Service, Flash in the Night, and a new single Endless Sky.
