New release

Heidra "To Hell Or Kingdom Come"

Mike Tramp, the infamous rock singer-author that has been on an incredible solo journey ever since he stopped being the singer of White Lion and Freak Of Nature, is back with another single. And to say it’s an honest, stripped-down rock song with all elements that make Tramp such a recognized and loved artist, is an understatement. An autobiographic reflection with a disarming chord progression and a melody that will haunt you for days.

It seems that all I do these days, is look in the review mirror to see where I’ve been and what I’ve done”, Tramp concurs. “When time almost stand still, compared to how it used to move too fast. I now look for things that made me happy and the reason why they did. Being a totally nostalgia freak and one who doesn’t want to let go of the good times and the real times, when the world I lived in was a nice place. It now becomes even more important, that whatever you do, you better do it full out, cause you “Only Get To Do It Once”. With that being said, I am happy and satisfied that I gave it all I had, spent my money when I could and it mattered and lived my life the way it should be. These days I write songs about it, but it’s not the same as when I lived it”.

"You Only Get To Do It Once" was created exclusively for Trampthology.com and was available there exclusively since November. And it now gets to the streaming platforms. “For the next few weeks. I will be introducing and presenting to you Trampthology a safe place where we together can share my music and other things I do, without having unwanted intruders or unwelcome guests”.

Junkyard Drive "Let Me Love You"

Gospel Choir & Rock N' Roll!

“Let Me Love You” is the new power love song from the Danes in Junkyard Drive.

It's a classic love story, teamed up with some 70's rock guitars, and a magnificent gospel choir, which gives the track its own unique style. It's epic, emotional, and catchy like nothing else, with a strong hook that will be stuck forever in the listeners minds.

This tune is proving that the classic rock sound can be renewed and raised to a new level.

“Let Me Love You” is taken from the forthcoming album "Electric Love" which will be released by Mighty Music in May 2022.

2020. The year that will live forever in infamy as "The Covid year". More than half of the population saw life crumble due to disease, economical problems caused by pandemics or mental issues as a result of lockdown. But not Danish symphonic/Viking metallers HEIDRA. The quartet took the downtime to work on their third album "To Hell Or Kingdom Come" - a record that would complete their trilogy of story-driven concept albums "The Dawn Trilogy".

The album was recorded in Italy and Denmark in July and August of 2021 and like Heidra's previous work “The Blackening Tide”, was recorded with producer Marco Mastrobuono (Hour Of Penance). To play the drums on the album, the band enlisted the help of Francesco Paoli (of Fleshgod Apocalypse fame) whose stellar drumming provided the backbone of “To Hell or Kingdom Come”.

This new album takes Heidra in a more aggressive direction, drawing inspiration from classic melodic death metal, while at the same time having the band’s melodies and clean singing at its core.

“To Hell Or Kingdom Come” will be released in digital, CD and LP (two colours, each limited to 300 units) by Mighty Music on April 8th, 2022. Pre-orders are available here.

Tygers Of Pan Tang "A New Heartbeat" EP

What did the Tygers do when the world was locked down? Well, quite a lot as it happens. For a start a new guitarist, Francesco Marras, and a new bass player, Huw Holding were recruited. They were also proud to collect a music industry award from Hard Rock Hell as winners in the NWOBHM section. And ... if that wasn’t enough, they have written and demoed their next album and produced a new four track E.P.

The E.P. features two rerecorded tracks from their first album “Wild Cat” plus two new tracks. “Fireclown” and “Killers” from “Wild Cat” now firmly bear Francesco’s musical stamp and new tracks “A New Heartbeat” and “Red Mist” demonstrate what might be expected from the next Tygers album - the Tygers signature sound of heavy as hell riffs, finger knotting solos and Jack Meille’s vocals extraordinaire. The mix was executed by Marco Angioni at Angioni Studios and, as with all recent Tygers releases, the mastering was completed by Harry Hess.

The release will be available initially as a digipak CD, on February 25th. For now, it will only be available in physical form from the Tygers website and directly from their record company Mighty Music/Target Group. A vinyl version will follow.
