Bite the Hand is a group from Barcelona formed in June 2016 by Xavi (24 ideas, Assac, X-closs) on drums and Pere (Repugnant Pigs, The Whores, Chaos Bcn) on bass, the formation has been changing during the years, finally completing it Elena (Baula, Born to Hate) on guitar and Natalia (Los Perros de Dios) on vocals. In 2018 they recorded their first demo with Paco Delgado from Sonic Riot Studio, with 12 fast hardcore tracks, sometimes bordering on grindcore, in the vein of HHH, Heresy, Cryptic Slaughter, Lärm, Health Hazzard with some crust influences such as Extreme Noise Terror , Disrupt or Consume. They are currently about to enter to record their second album.
