Today’s review is of Danish Heavy Metal band Evil’s compilation “Ride To Hell”.
This new reissue consists of their original demo and a classic live concert. This raw recording will really bring you back to the 80s, displaying the origins of a great band and their marvellous performances.
These original versions of tracks like “Son Of A Bitch” that would appear in future releases like their EP “Evil’s Message” show another approach to the songs, and this compilation is a definitive must have for collectors and fans of classic Heavy Metal. With this release it also becomes quite apparent why so many current bands have them as an inspiration.
I recommend this album to fans of Heavy Metal and Speed Metal. My rating is of 8,5/10.
